Resi is 100% Australian owned and has been around for more than 20 years – as a non bank lender.
Resi and others like us delivered competition and savings to borrowers by introducing keenly priced and flexible home loan products to the market place. In fact, during the 1990’s, consumers saved around 4% off their interest rate by choosing a non bank lender as their loan provider.
Our managing directors, Peter James and Jim Christie have been partners for over 30 years and are committed to delivering quality products and service through a branch network. They recognise that home loans are important and significant undertakings and want borrowers to have someone local to make sure the make the right choice
