Terms and Conditions:
Entry is free and open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years who hold a current Resi loan.  To enter, you must tell us how Resi has helped you ‘own your dream' in no less than 300 words.  Entries must include your full name, telephone and postal address.  Entrants can only submit one (1) entry.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.  The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The three (3) valid entries that are judged to be the best based on authenticity and originality will each win the prize of a $300 gift card.  All entries become the property of the promoter.  It is a condition of entry that you allow the Promoter to use, display and publish your entry received without further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to you.  Resi and Resi franchise employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.  Entries close once three stories have been judged and selected.  Prizes will be judged by the Promoter (Resi Mortgage Corporation ABN: 61 092 564 415) at Level 3, 458 Wattle Street, Ultimo NSW 2007.  Winners will be notified by telephone.  Prize is not redeemable for cash.  Only one prize per client.
