Loan Account Access
To give our clients maximum choice, we have three different Loan Account Access systems, which are easily identifiable by either having a 6 digit account number, 7 digit CIF number or an 8 digit account number.
- If your CIF number contains 7 digits you will need to access our Loan Account Access services – resi’s loan management partner.
- When accessing Loan Account Access you’ll need your CIF number and access code. You can obtain your access code by calling 131 455.

- If your loan number contains 8 digits you will need to access our Loan Account Access services via MortgageInfo – resi’s loan management partner
- When accessing MortgageInfo you’ll need your Password and MAC (Mortgage Access Code) ID. Your password is mailed to you 3 days after your loan has settled
- If you do not have a Mortgage Access Code you will need to call 1800 100 153

- If your loan number contains 10 digits you will need to ccess our Internet Customer Portal.
- When accessing our Internet Customer Portal you’ll need your Customer number and access code.
