Terms and Conditions:

Entry is free and open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years who hold a current Resi loan product.  To enter, you must tell us in 25 words or less at least one thing you have done or would like to do to 'green your home'.  Entries must include your full name and postal address.  Entrants can only submit one (1) entry.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.  The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The 25 valid entries that are judged to be the best based on authenticity and originality will each win the prize of a 'Change the World for Ten Bucks' book RRP $10.  All entries become the property of the promoter.  It is a condition of entry that you allow the Promoter to use, display and publish your entry received without further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to you.  Resi and Resi franchise employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.  Entries close when 25 books have been won.  Prize will be drawn at Resi Mortgage Corporation, Level 3, 458 Wattle Street, Ultimo NSW 2007.  Winners will be notified by mail.  Prize is not redeemable for cash.  Only one prize per customer per loan product.  Promoter is Resi Mortgage Corporation Pty Limited, Level 3, 458 Wattle Street, Ultimo NSW 2007.  ABN: 61 092 564 415.
