1. Nomination Form
When there are 2 or more borrowers on a loan Resi is required to send correspondence to all borrowers separately, even if you live at the same address. This means each borrower will receive the same communication, each in a separate envelope and one for each loan or loan split.
There is a form you can complete that allows you to nominate one person to receive all correspondence on behalf of any other borrower/guarantor. This way you will only receive one copy of each communication instead of two, three or even more.

2. Change of contact details form
You may have a new telephone number, postal address or email address. Use this form to let Resi know.
