Top five quick and easy ways to increase a property’s value
- Clean it – it’s amazing how this cam increase the appeal of a home
- Paint it inside and out, add a feature wall
- Re-carpet the floors, or polish the floorboards
- Tidy or landscape the garden
- Change the light fittings, switches and sockets
- Instead of a new kitchen, simply change the kitchen cupboard doors and sink accessories such as taps, change the bench tops or replace the cupboard doors only; same with the bathroom
- Create an additional room by adding in some walls or enclosing a balcony
- Use space in the front or backyard to create a car space (with council approval)
- Add an outdoor entertaining area with paving and weather protection

Be innovative and keep your cool this summer

Ecopanel insulated cladding is a new product from Eco Building Systems that allows DIY renovators to create extensions or build new rooms using modular panels. So, DIY renovators can now take matters into their own hands and easily build that extra room or garage onto their home.
