The managing director roles are shared by Jim and Peter. Peter and Jim established Advance Investment Finance in 1985 and renamed the company Resi Home Loans in 1993. In December 2000 Resi Mortgage Corporation was formed to facilitate Peter and Jims’ decision to move and expand Resi's business into today's franchise network .
